BloodQuestions.com is a free service provided by Cool Escapes Ltd - a social media agency registered in England. Please read the Terms carefully before using the Site. Hereinafter, we use CoolEscapes Ltd (representing the parent company) and BloodQuestions.com (representing the website) interchangeably.

Membership and use of the Site indicates your agreement to the Terms, and your acceptance of our Privacy Policy, whether you are a regular user, a contributor or an admin. If you do not accept the Terms, do not use the Site.

1. The Site is operated by CoolEscapes Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. Our company registration number is 12711343. Our registered office is at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, England, WC2H 9JQ.

2. By using this Site, you consent to using your personal data, whether transmitted to BloodQuestions.com by electronic mail, telephone, web form, or otherwise, in accordance with our Privacy Policy, a copy of which can be viewed on this site.

3. The Site provides you with a platform to test your knowledge of haematology.

4. All copyright, database rights, trademarks and design rights in our site and in the content published on it belong to us.

5. You understand that you, and not we, are responsible for all electronic communications sent from your computer to us and you must use the Site for lawful purposes only.

You shall not use the Site for any illegal or immoral purposes, and you will use it in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. This is a comprehensive limitation of liability that applies to all damages of any kind, including (without limitation) compensatory, loss of data, income or profit, loss or damage to property and claims from third parties.
